Learn how to move swiftly and efficiently through obstacles.

Experience most of the standardized obstacles in the 100m OCR course.

Receive coaching from Coach Kyle Sanders and Coach Devin Sanders,

who are members of the US National Team for the 100m OCR and 400m OCR.
