Fill out a Waiver Online
Every person who participates in a Warrior Challenge Arena event must have a WAIVER!

Participants UNDER 18 yrs must have a their waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian.

Participants OVER 18 yrs must complete their waiver themselves. (i.e.: Mom cannot fill out a waiver for Dad.)
